About YuPiPo

I am a YuPiPo.

My real name is Andrea Kristine Sapno Bordallo. My colleagues call me Andi, while my family and friends calls me Diya. I blog under the pseudonym YuPiPo, which basically means yuppie + pinoy (or pinay, for that matter) + bpo.

I have been blogging since mid 2005. I had blogged about my life and witticisms at phlog, blurty, i.ph, and blogger. I finally started into wordpress this year, and currently trying to stay put.

I am a Technical Support Representative at Sykes Asia, Inc. and hoping for a job in web design at the same company.

I have studied at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University at the City of Manila) with a course on Bachelor of Science in Information Management, although I’ve always wanted to be a pattiserie and a fashion/ interior designer and a cartoon animator, not to mention a novel writer.

I am also one of the loving parents of two boys, namely Hayden and Kian  along with my partner of 6 years, Ley.

I decided to put up this blog to help other people –  mainly call center/BPO aspirants, as well as newbies, to familiarize theirselves more with the promising world of this industry.
