BayanTEL Ventures into Call Center Industry

Finally, something that will help budding call centers.

With the growing number of call centers in our country, no wonder that the average incubation period for a new call center is six months. In response to this issue is Bayan Telecommunication’s first venture into the world of BPO.

BayanTel will combine two top-of-the-line technologies: the Five9 Inc.’s On-Demand Virtual Call Center & Bayan’s Internet Protocol Network (IPN) to create “Bayan On-Demand”.

This solution hopes to provide small- to mid- sized call centers and BPO companies the ability to ‘expand their infrastructure in a matter of days to address the needs of new and existing customers’. It also aims to enrichen Bayan’s collection of services offered narionwide.
The service was launched at the recently held CCAP Call center Conference & Expo at the  Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila Hotel.

It will initially include the Virtual call center solution, dedicated Internet Bandwidth on Demand (Tier-1IP), provisioning and training and 24/7 support available locally.
